When the garden at my current house was younger, I would order undyed shredded hardwood in bulk. This led to some narrowly missed catastrophes, as when I ordered 27 cubic yards of mulch due to some perfectly understandable miscalculations. Fortunately the folks I order from realized this would be enough to bury my house.

Now that my plants have filled in, I use a combination of bagged pine bark chips and (toward the back of the beds) leaves left over from the previous fall. I also prefer not to use the shredded cypress mulch.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2891478286629018612.post-88180548923222469142012-03-28T20:35:52.532-05:002012-03-28T20:35:52.532-05:00I believe my manicure will take a little longer th...I believe my manicure will take a little longer this year.greggohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10490422976382424491noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2891478286629018612.post-65490165551181923922012-03-28T18:43:48.001-05:002012-03-28T18:43:48.001-05:00You are way ahead of me - but I did get one bed ed...You are way ahead of me - but I did get one bed edged and mulched today.
