Almost....

'Yellow Bird' Magnolia
Spring almost happened.  So fleeting, crushed dreams in a few early morning hours. Redbuds, magnolias and lilacs in full bloom on 04/20/2021.   I'll post more later.  For now, the pictures will have to speak my devastation.

  1. OY. That's rough... We're expecting mid-20s for lows over the next few nights, and thankfully only a few things are blooming (Magnolias and Redbuds are in full bloom right now in Zone 5 MI). I'll cover my Serviceberry and Plum that are in full bud and ready to pop, but otherwise cross my fingers we don't get the snow you have. Hope it doesn't harm everything and you get some continued bloom after it all melts.

    1. As it turns out, the snow didn't bother anything...it might have been the frost. But not nearly as bad as I feared.
